New Site / Growing Pains

As you may notice, our website has been redesigned. We are so excited about the new look!

But we are still working through some residual issues related to our move to a new server. The two most commonly asked questions below!!

DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR OLD SITE BETWEEN JAN 24TH AND FEB 1ST?

when our developers moved our database to the new, more powerful server, unfortunately some orders placed between January 24th to Feb 1st were left behind. Because of this, the information from these orders exists on our old servers (we have access to process and update the orders) but not on our new server – if you login here at oyinhandmade.com you will not see the records for these orders in your account. Also, if this was your first order, you will have to create a new account the next time you place an order. WE APOLOGIZE for this inconvenience!! Please rest assured that we have your order and are processing it… but please don’t hesitate to email us at info-at-oyinhandmade.com if you would like to confirm, or if you have any other questions about your order. We will be happy to help you!

DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR NEW SITE AND NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

we have been getting reports of order confirmation emails not going out through our cart system on the new server — this also affects customers’ ability to receive password reminder emails and gift vouchers. again, we apologize for these issues!! our team is working on the email problems and we will definitely keep you posted!!

Thanks for your patience as we work through these growing pains … we hope you enjoy looking around the new site and we look forward to serving you even better in the future!
