Pictured at left: Harriet Tubman, or "Sister Moses." This amazing woman dedicated her life to freeing enslaved people, returning to the south thirteen times to escort people northward to freedom. In the post-war era she struggled for women's suffrage.
Although her birth date is not known, March 10th is the anniversary of her transition. We honor her legacy!
