I love this stuff. I also love the customer service Oyin provides. There was a problem with my first shipment, the jar was broken and the product had leaked everywhere. I contacted them, and they replied promptly. They apologized for the issue and promised a replacement. Just a few days later I had a fresh unbroken jar of Balm Diggity. First class all the way.

Its great and my beard feels so soft. I wish it came in other scents.
I love the fragrance and the sheen. I use it everyday on my beard/goatee. Its a perfect consistency and isn't too heavy on my face. THE BEST
My husband really likes this stuff. We have been looking for the right balm for his short beard. He didn't want something that was too oily and I wanted something that would really soften his beard. We both got what we were looking for in this balm. It also smells great too!
