Skip the Shipping Fees with Free Local Pickup!

Enjoy the convenience of free local pickup when you shop with us. Here's how it works:

1. Place Your Order: Add items to your cart and select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout.
2. Order Preparation: Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days.
3. Ready for Pickup: We will send you an email notification when your order is ready, along with detailed instructions for pickup.

Pickup Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM (excluding holidays).

Pickup Location:

• Address: 1812 Greenmount Ave., Suite 101. Baltimore, Maryland 21202
• Directions: Look for the large, dark grey building at the intersection of North and Greenmount, next to the dialysis center. Our showroom door faces the small parking lot on the south side of the building. 

Upon Arrival:

• Please have your order number or the full name on the order ready.
• Ring the bell at the showroom door, and we will assist you with your package.

Important Note:

• Our factory staff cannot modify or add to orders at the time of pickup.

Pickup Order Policy:
We’re happy to hold pickup orders for up to two weeks to give you time to collect your items. If we haven’t heard from you within that window, we’ll go ahead and process a refund and return the items to stock so they’re available for others. If you ever need more time, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
