Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Oyin Handmade, we craft every product with care for you and the planet.

Returns:
• Unopened items with their safety seal intact can be returned for store credit within 30 days.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive your item, a coupon code will be issued for the credited amount.

Exchanges:
• Exchanges are welcome within 30 days and are also at the customer’s expense.

Handmade Products:
• Since our products are lovingly handmade in small batches, opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Not sure if a product is right for you? Try our snack packs or minis to see what works best for your hair or skin.

Shipping & Packing Issues:
• If there’s a problem with shipping or packing, please contact us as soon as your order arrives. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
