Why You Need It:

  • All-natural formula is free of harmful ingredients such as aluminum chloride and aluminum hydroxide
  • Great for underarm and toe use

Usage: Before using, test on your wrist or inside your elbow to gauge your skin’s sensitivity. To use, pinch a pea-sized amount between fingers, swirl, and apply under arms (or between toes!) Do not apply to irritated, just-shaven, or broken skin. Try on damp skin fresh from the shower, or over a layer of body oil. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Ingredients: baking soda, cornstarch, shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, kaolin clay, calendula & chamomile powders, fragrance (unless unscented).

Additional Information: Because Funk Butter contains essential & fragrance oils, and contains granular ingredients, it may not be appropriate for those w/sensitive skin or allergies to start with our unscented formula.

The absolute best.

Been using funk butter for about 10 years and it works better than anything I’ve ever tried. The best example to illustrate is I spent an entire day moving in muggy, humid Philly in the middle of July and at the end of the day I DID NOT SMELL! Not even a little. The best deodorant. I love it! I also love that the unscented is actually unscented. Love it! Thank you Oyin for this product!

I've been using this for years and every so often try something else just to see what's out there and always come running back. For those of us that work outside and get funky fast this is all you need!

I first started using natural Deodorant when I found some at local farmers market. I loved it bur the lady stopped selling it. Well then I started trying other natural Deodorant and was disappointed in most that I tried. Until a friend gave me her oyin Deodorant and it does the job! I get itchy sometimes but nothing too big. Keeps me fresh all day and night, I never leave the house without it!

I've spent YEARS searching for a natural deodorant that actually worked, and this one does. So glad there is an unscented version, also. Please never stop making this! I will be buying it forever. If you ever stop I'm gonna have to figure out how to mix these ingredients myself--it's that effective!

I've been using Funk Butter for about 5 years. First discovered it in Amazon. It's excellent! First off, a jar lasts me a little over a year - no joke! You don't need to use a lot. A pea sized amount is pretty much good for both arms. Mix with water when applying - it not only makes the most use out of it, but it will help with irrration too. Every now and then I get some slight irritation, but normally that happens when I apply too much(there is baking soda in this and I'm pretty sure that's what's responsible). The water will turn it more into a paste and it spreads easily under your arms.

If this is your first time using a natural deodorant you have to give it some time to get the best results - I'd say a month at least, if not a little more. So don't get discouraged if you're not getting the best odor protection right away - you'll just have to apply more often in the beginning. But this stuff lasts all day for me and like I mentioned before, you don't need a lot at all! You'll get the best bang for your buck with this stuff!
