Production Assembly Tech (Part-Time)

Our independent handmade cosmetics company is seeking a self-motivated, accurate, and reliable person to join our Production Department. Duties include filling, bottling, and labeling our delicious hair and body care products in high volume. Some assistance with shipping and receiving may also be required.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating light industrial machinery to package and label products, including the handling of hot oils and butters. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient with both Mac and PC computer systems and comfortable with basic math and measurement systems as needed in production.

The position also requires the ability to lift, pull, or dolly up to 50 lbs of product or ingredients and be comfortable maneuvering pallets and/or drums up to 500 lbs using appropriate equipment.

We are a team that thrives in a socially relaxed and professionally efficient atmosphere, where care, craftsmanship, and consistency are at the heart of what we do.

This is a part-time, hourly position with daytime shifts, 3 to 4 days per week. Some flexibility for occasional weekend support may be requested.

Pay range: $15 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience, reliability, and ongoing enthusiasm.
