    Second Time Around

Published by Stacey R on Nov 28th 2019

I wasn't very impressed with this product the first time I bought it, mainly because the product separated. Since then I have cut my locs and am wearing a WNG style. I decided to try it one more time and I am extremely impressed with it. It provides my 4c hair with moisture and a soft hold.

Moisturizer & Styler in 1 product

Published by MonieLuv on Sep 7th 2019

I have low porosity natural hair, so it's definitely a challenge keeping it moisturized and styled. This cream is amazing on my hair. It smooths, moisturizers, and provides good hold!

    Bad Batch?

Published by Stacey on Feb 12th 2019

Unfortunately, this product remains separated. There is a watery layer on top that I have to constantly remix. The first time I opened it, most of the water spilled out and now I'm left with a something that has a grainy consistently. The smell is great but a little intense. I appreciate the lightweight feel of the product. I'm just not sure if I received a bad batch. Unsure if I will purchase again.

    Shine & Define Review

Published by Autie on May 9th 2018

I have Type 4C natural hair. It's dense, but the individual hairs are very fine. It's been hard finding a styling product that gives natural hold and allows me to retain moisture. Shine &Define does all of that for me! 3-4 times a week, I will section my hair, apply Shine & Define, then Burnt Sugar Pomade to seal my ends just before I braid/twist my hair before bed. In the morning, my hair is soft and manageable. Be careful not to use too much! A little goes a long way.

Love this creamy gel-styler! The texture is like a cream and it works like a gel without the icky-stickiness of a gel. Love the smell too!
